My old Sennheiser mike says/reads it needs a mallory PX-23 battery. These are out of production. Instead I have now a mercury KX-23 5.6 V which works good. But I want to buy an extra one.

Unfortunatedly they are sold out everywhere I asked. But the same shops do have the same model battery but only in 6 V (instead of 5.6) Do you think this works as well for the mike, I mean the 6V version?
